World Hijab Day is celebrated on 1 February of each year and was stared since 2013 by American women Nazma Khan. All of the women are invited to wear Hijab on this day and it explain wearing hijab is not an oppression.
When a Muslim woman wears hijab and covers her hair, chest, and body, she is sending a silent message that she respects her body. ‘No one has the right to observe, gand judge a Muslim woman by the highlights in her hair or curves on her body. ‘Instead they judge her for what is in her mind, her character, and her goals and ambitions.’ Every year, women are openly invited to wear a hijab for the day, in order to better understand the reasoning behind wearing them.

Hijab Message in QURAN
The Qur’an lays down the principle of law of modesty in chapter 24- Noor (Light), verses 30-31 – Modesty is enjoined both upon Muslim men and women:
“Say to the believing man that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that will make for greater purity for them; and Allah is well acquainted with all that they do.
And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; and that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what must ordinarily appear thereof; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to their husbands
According to the above verse, Muslim women should cover themselves modestly. It specifies only that their bosoms be covered. The Qur’an does not, however, spell out the details of such a covering. It is important to note that Qur’an does not specify any penalty for a woman who is not veiled!
keeping in view the benefits and its order in Islam, all Muslim women do Hijab and invite on this Hijab day 2018 to other Muslim women who don’t do hijab.
